Definitions:
An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. No contract exists until we have accepted your order and confirmed it in writing (including by email).
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where goods are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or we are unable to verify your identity or payment details.
All orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to supply a product, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate at the point of sale.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price confirmed at the point of order will be the price charged.
Payment is due as follows:
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
We offer free next working day delivery across the North West of England on orders placed before 3pm. Delivery to other UK regions is available and will be quoted at the time of order.
Delivery dates are estimates and we will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the timescales provided. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt and reporting any damage or shortages within 48 hours.
Goods may be collected from our premises at 6 Seven Stars Road, Wigan, WN3 5AT during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
If any goods are delivered faulty, damaged or are not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
For standard (non-custom) goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The following goods are not eligible for return:
All our remanufactured and compatible cartridges are individually tested and guaranteed. If a remanufactured or compatible cartridge is faulty, we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.
Important: Using remanufactured or compatible cartridges will not void your printer warranty. This is protected under UK and EU competition law.
It is your responsibility to supply print-ready artwork in the correct format and resolution. We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and DOCX files. We will check submitted artwork for obvious errors but are not responsible for spelling, grammatical or content errors in customer-supplied files.
Due to the nature of the printing process, colours may vary slightly between screen and print, and between print runs. We will make every effort to match colours as closely as possible but cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
Where proofs are provided, you are responsible for checking and approving them before production. Once a proof is approved, we cannot accept liability for errors contained within the approved artwork.
Industry standard allows for a variance of +/- 5% on printed quantities. We will make every effort to deliver the exact quantity ordered.
Managed print service agreements are subject to separate terms as agreed in writing between us and you. Key terms include:
Servicing and repair work is quoted on a per-job basis. A diagnostic fee may apply and will be communicated prior to any work being undertaken. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
We will provide a clear quote before commencing any repair. Work will only proceed once you have approved the quote. We do not guarantee that all printers can be repaired; in such cases, we will advise you accordingly.
Servicing and repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any contract shall not exceed the total value of that contract.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business or business interruption.
All intellectual property rights in our website, branding, marketing materials and product designs remain our property. You may not use, copy, reproduce or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You confirm that any artwork, logos, images or content that you supply to us for printing does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of content you have supplied.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. For full details of how we collect, use, store and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, government action, epidemic or pandemic, fire, flood, storm, power failure, failure of telecommunications networks, or disruption to supply chains or transport networks.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
